PAYMENTS

BOAT DEPOSIT: 50% of the stated rate
Deposit amounts are due and payable upon booking your reservation
Balance Due amounts must be received on, or before, 60 days of your arrival date
We accept Checks, Zelle and Credit Cards. If paying by Credit Card, a 3% service charge will be added to amount due

If additional services are required while in Mexico, i.e. extra days fishing, we accept payment by Zelle or Credit Card

REFUND POLICY

Payments for reservations cancelled outside of 60 days of the reservation date, will be refunded, minus a $150 service fee
Payments for reservations cancelled inside of 60 days of the reservation date, will be credited to your next trip
Payments for reservations cancelled inside of 30 days of the reservation date are NOT refundable or credited

In the event of strong winds, rough seas, or unsafe conditions resulting in the cancellation of your scheduled charter, we will try to reschedule your charter while you are here. If we cancel and are unable to reschedule due to continued bad weather, your travel schedule, or our boat’s schedule, a full credit will be issued for all scheduled days cancelled for your next booking.
